Our Services

  • Initial Evaluation

    $125
    Initial evaluation performed by a licensed Occupational Therapist with specialized training in pelvic floor disfunction.

  • Individualized Treatment

    $90 per visit
    Individualized treatment sessions to meet your specific needs including home exercise programs.

  • Parent / Daughter Session

    $75 (12 years and older)
    This session would provide an in depth look at the anatomy of the pelvis and pelvic floor muscles, as well as provide basic information regarding menstrual cycles and ways to care for your body.

    This session is NOT a discussion about intercourse or contraceptive measures.

CANCELATION / NO SHOW FEE
A fee of $25 will be charged to the card on file if an appointment is cancelled less than 2 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Ladies’ Night

Gather a group of your best girlfriends for a fun and informational get together. We will come to your location and spend one and one-half hours providing a basic overview of your pelvic floor anatomy, general tips to keep your pelvic floor healthy and happy, teach you the correct way to perform a Kegel exercise, and answer your basic questions regarding your pelvic health.

$150 for a group of 5 or less $200 for a group of 6-10. Over 10 attendees please call for pricing.
Please book 1 month in advance to ensure availability. *$50 cancellation fee if party is cancelled within 48-hours of event.

To book a Ladies’ Night out please contact Well Pelvis directly and speak with staff and discuss the details to create a successful event.

Well Pelvis is a self-pay, private practice clinic which means we do not accept insurance. This choice allows us to provide the highest level of appropriate occupational therapy/pelvic floor therapy services without the restrictions of services imposed by many insurance companies who dictate the number of visits or types of treatments that their policies will cover. Well Pelvis strives to keep access to high quality care affordable and will provide documentation, if needed, for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Well Pelvis accepts cash, all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Note that it is the consumer’s responsibility to check with their company’s HSA/FSA plans for occupational therapy service coverage.
